Cancellation & Refund Policy

Reservations are confirmed once the required deposit or full payment is received.

Guests may cancel their reservation by sending a written request through email. Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance the request is made.

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival are eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative and processing fees.

  • Cancellations made 30–59 days before arrival may receive a limited refund depending on the ability to rebook the villa.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are generally non-refundable.

If the villa is successfully rebooked for the same dates, a partial refund may be considered at management’s discretion.

No refunds are provided for:

  • Late arrivals

  • Early departures

  • Weather conditions

  • Travel disruptions or flight cancellations

Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.
